We are looking for a highly detail-oriented professional to join our HR team in a key role focused on HR operations, data management, and system support, including ownership of employee data, HR systems, and global processes.
Key areas of responsibility include
HR Data Management – Ensuring accuracy, consistency, governance, and integrity of HR master data across systems
HR Systems & Tools – Supporting system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and data migrations
Program Execution – Coordinating and executing global HR processes and system-enabled initiatives
Reporting & Insights – Enabling reliable HR reporting, dashboards, and KPIs through strong data quality
Process Improvement – Driving simplification, standardization, automation, and efficiency across HR operations
What We’re Looking For
Experience in HR operations, HR data management, or HR systems (e.g., SAP HR or similar HRIS)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of data ownership and accountability
Ability to operate effectively in a global or multi-regional environment
Exposure to project or program coordination
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
