Key Responsibilities:

Executive Communication: Present the company’s security posture, risks, and strategic plans to senior leadership and the board, making technical topics easy to understand in a business context.
Strategy & Governance: Build and execute a security strategy that supports business goals.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure the organization meets security compliance requirements and manage risks across IT and operational systems.
Audit Readiness: Prepare for internal and external audits, making sure all regulations and standards are met.
Security Policies: Create and enforce security policies for infrastructure and development teams.
Security Operations: Lead SOC and security operations teams, ensuring strong monitoring, incident response, and clear guidelines.
Supply Chain Security: Manage cybersecurity risks with vendors and partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Procurement, Operations, and HR to integrate security into contracts, processes, and workforce policies.
Awareness & Reporting: Drive security awareness programs and report key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications:

10+ years in cybersecurity, including leadership roles.
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or similar.
Strong background in infrastructure security and supply chain risk management.
Hands-on experience with major standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, and others.
Proven ability to lead teams in both matrix and direct structures.
Excellent presentation skills for explaining complex security topics to executives and non-technical audiences.
