Lead Employee Experience & Welfare – Create a Workplace People Love

We’re looking for a creative, people-first leader to take charge of Employee Experience & Welfare across our Israel organization. This is your chance to shape a culture where employees feel valued, connected, and inspired every day.

If you’re passionate about building meaningful experiences, driving engagement, and making work feel great, this role is for you! You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to create initiatives that truly make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Own and deliver the annual Employee Experience & Welfare plan
Design and run memorable events for teams and the organization
Manage vendors, budgets, and partnerships
Lead projects end-to-end with flawless execution
Create engaging communications with Internal Comms
Measure impact and keep improving

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in Employee Experience, Welfare, or similar roles
Proven ability to design and implement annual plans
Experience managing suppliers and budgets
Academic degree preferred (HR, Communications, Business, etc.)
Native Hebrew & full English proficiency

Availability to work occasional non-standard hours.
